Here are some common questions we receive about our services.

What types of repairs do you handle?

The services we can not provide is a much easier way to answer this question. We are not licensed electricians or plumbers. That just means that we can not install new pipes or pull electricity to somewhere it is not. We can do most all electrical and plumbing outside of that as well as pretty much anything around your home that you could think of!

Do you provide free estimates?

We offer free estimates! Most of the time we can provide an estimate with information you provide remotely, but even if we have to come out to perform an in person consultation it is still completely free!

How can I schedule a service?

You can click BOOK HERE to start the process online, or you can CALL OR TEXT US NOW.

What is your service area?

We service all of Steamboat Springs as well as Craig, Hayden, Stagecoach and Phippsburg. Drive time fees will apply to jobs outside of Steamboat.

Do you offer emergency services?

We are available 7 days a week. We keep the office staffed and a technician on call for all of your needs. There are additional fees for weekend service and emergencies.

Are you insured?

We are insured for up to 2M per incident.

How long will repairs take?

Our team is exceptionally efficient, but the answer will vary between services, but we try to schedule at the earliest convenience for both parties and most people will have their projects scheduled and completed within a week.

What are your payment options?

We take cards and they can be used from right in the invoice email. You can put a card on file if you would like, or you can call in and give your card information to the office and they will pay it for you. We also accept checks.

Do you guarantee your work?

We have a 60 day guarantee on all of our work. If there are any issues with our work we will come back out and make it right at no additional charge.

Can I get a referral?

We are starting a referral program. A lot of our new clients come from word of mouth testimonies, and for good reason. So spread the word and be sure to inform us that you were referred or that you referred somebody.
